In the future, KHS
and Kisters will be jointly involved in both
international marketing as well as product development
activities. Development of a combined strategy for
further cooperative expansion of activities is currently
in progress.
Kisters belongs to the KHS major
shareholder company since long, but the two company´s
operations and technical developments had in the past
not been linked very closely together. With the
integration completed the companies will now focus their
attitudes together to become the leading supplier for
all major beverage and packaging industry needs.
Together with Kisters,
KHS is taking a decisive step towards becoming a
complete supplier of filling and packaging technology
for the entire food and non-food trade worldwide.
With this integration
KHS has now - after the integration of KHS Till GmbH
(KEG Lines) in Kriftel and KHS Anker GmbH (Labelling
Machines) in Hamburg, both Germany as well, nearly completed it´s range of machines,
complete bottling and packaging lines as well as other
equipment for the packaging, beverage and food industry
as major single-source supplier.
